Love this app! Makes it really easy to know exactly when the bus will get to you. It has helped me to catch buses I would have normally thought had come already. I recommend this app to everyone who rides public bus systems anywhere..

I suppose this app can be helpful - if you can open it. It will crash 20 times out of 21 and wont reopen. It wont even stay open long enough to see where buses are. When it is open, it can give you a general idea of where the vehicles are, but it can be hard to tell what direction they are going or what route or roads. Not to mention, if a shuttle is parked, it still registers it. You could sit and wait 20 min for a shuttle that will never move. I think Ive had more success blindly waiting than I have with this app. Not only does it not benefit me, it wastes my time.

This app is perfect for my school. No longer do I have to wait for the shuttle that may/may not ever come. I just wish that there was a way I could plan a head a little bit

This app keeps me on time. Its accurate which helps me get to my bus stop at the appropriate time. The app is clean and organized and very user friendly. I am able to turn on and off routes so that I am only seeing what I need. DoubleMap has truly helped me to stay on top of things when commuting around my campus.

I use this app for tracking the bus information and it shows accurately... Currently it shows only one way NEXT bus information on tapping of a stop point..My suggestion would be to show both ways NEXT bus information on tapping any STOP point..

Doesnt crash as much as it used to, but still not great. Buses also frequently dont show up on the map.

I have been using this app throughout college. When Im waiting for a bus or to see the nearest bus stop. The app wont even open. Itll leave you stranded. When that happens, just hope for an update soon

Ive tried opening the app several times now & it stays stuck on the front screen... Says its loading but doesnt do anything.

This is one of the worst bus tracking apps. It is never accurate. it also runs so slow and crashes very often.

The app works properly and does what it says it will. I made some requests to better improve the app and I got a response from the dev, so thats great to hear. The loads really slow sometimes even on LTE and 50mbps WIFI. The delays can sometimes make you miss a bus you otherwise could have caught.

It doesnt work. None of the routes load and it freezes randomly.

This app is great at the university of Cincinnati with their shuttle system. I fully recommend it.

Opened the app for the first time and its just stuck on the select an agency page. Nothing loads. Rubbish.

Ok... It works. Theres something positive. The negative is that after a certain time the buses stop showing up on the map. I know theyre still active because our shuttles dont stop until 10pm but after 6pm it doesnt show where the bus on the gray/pink link is. You could be waiting outside for 30+ minutes in freezing weather unsure if the shuttle will even arrive. The developers seriously need to update this. People depend on this app.

I love this app - when it works. Because a good majority of the time, it does not. My campus offers a busing service and I can find where the bus is or when it will be at my stop, which is especially useful because I live in an off-campus apartment complex that the bus stops at. So when I cant see where the bus is, I am mostly hoping and guessing when the next bus is, which can be very annoying and inconvenient... I hope that improvements are made because this app would be the best if it was more reliable...

Do not trust this app with anything, unreliable

Its nice when it works but the majority time it doesnt. It never loads and when it does it freezes up a lot! Im hoping for an update soon!
